Friday arrival to Sunday morning at NinGula Homestead. Small group, maximum 4 guests. Georgia leads on-site clinical and nervous-system work in a safe, nature-first environment.

You arrive Friday afternoon and settle into the Homestead. The weekend is intentionally paced — no overload, just the right combination of clinical support, nervous-system reset, movement, and practical tools you can take home.

Each day includes:

  • Morning breath and movement sessions to regulate the nervous system
  • One-on-one time with Georgia for osteopathy, functional review, and protocol refinement
  • Hands-on learning in the garden and kitchen — food as medicine in real time

The Homestead itself supports your reset with a gym, sauna, ice bath, river swims, and hiking tracks. All meals are provided using fresh, whole foods. Accommodation is comfortable glamping tents with all bedding supplied.
