Initial Appointment

In your first session, the appointment is 1 hour, we’ll conduct a thorough health assessment, review your movement patterns, and dive into the root cause of your pain or discomfort. This helps us create a personalised treatment plan to start you on the path to recovery.
Return Appointment
Ongoing care is key to lasting relief. In these 30 minute follow-up sessions, we’ll monitor your progress, adjust your treatment plan, and ensure you’re moving toward your wellness goals. Each visit builds on the last to keep you on track.
We offer long and short appointment times depending on patient needs.
